The first time I met Rich, the owner of the company, for an estimate, he struck me as an honest and straight forward person. During our meeting he gave me the scope for the painting project which included the type of paint, the process, the schedule, and the price. I had already received 3 other quotes so I was able to compare Harvey's proposal with 3 other painting companies. I must say that Harvey's quote was superior in every category including the brand and quality of paint he was going to use and the price. I accepted his quote and singed an agreement with Harvey's hoping that the job would be completed consistent with the Rich's quote and without any surprises. The job was completed with no problems or surprises. I was very pleased with how the painting job has turned out. Rich is a person of integrity and he and his painting crews care for the job and the customer's satisfaction. I don't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. I am really glad I did business with Harvey's Painting Company.
